Team Building and Problem Solving activities are often a good first activity for groups who wish to break the ice, and to help teams work together, We can cater for short term team building or to continue and work towards a longer programme.
The level of difficulty and intensity is matched to each particular group and therefore the client’s aims and objectives can be met.
Team building is very mobile and can be brought to you. We travel all over the Tweed Valley South Lanarkshire, Edinburgh.
The sessions can be designed around your needs and are often followed by a team related activity such as raft building, orienteering or culminating in a challenge event.
These sessions are particularly effective with teams who wish to develop relationships, cohesion, confidence and communication skills.
A typical activity to show this happening is the Raft Building exercise where you team will be set a challenge of creating and sail there very own make shift raft!
